After 15 years of teaching, Charlotte decided to re-indulge her creativity, returning to her former profession of event catering and management. In recent years, Charlotte has undertaken several courses at the award-winning Ashburton Cookery School and Cornwall College, in addition to Management level courses awarded by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Charlotte’s passion has been passed down to her son and daughter, who are now bringing to the business their own wealth of experience in the hospitality and catering industry. The team take pride in providing the highest quality home-made dishes and professional level of service to ensure events surpass expectation.
