STARTER

The Cornish seafood shared plate: Generous platters of fresh and locally smoked sea food served with salad garnish, home-made mayonnaise and lemon wedges - a wonderful way for guests to break the ice.

Vegetarian alternative: Melon, tomato and cucumber salad with a light mint and chive dressing. A subtle salad of clean fresh summery flavours.

Home-made breads and Cornish butter

MAIN COURSE

Rack of Cornish lamb, red wine and rosemary jus on a crushed local new potato cake with fresh herbs, served with fine beans and glazed baby carrots.

Vegetarian alternative: Aubergine rolls filled with an aromatic, rich tomato sauce and Cornish goats' cheese, served with seasonal vegetables.

DESSERT

Individual summer puddings: Layers of brioche sandwiching an abundance of juicy summer fruits, topped with local clotted cream and summer berries.
